🏝️ Stranded: Isle Survival 📱 Mobile Game

Ahoy, castaway! Before you wash ashore and start building your island empire, take a minute to read through these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). By downloading, installing, or playing Stranded: Isle Survival (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

🌱 1. Using the Game

You must be old enough to legally agree to these Terms in your country, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
The Game is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Don't reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or exploit bugs in the Game.
We may update, patch, or change the Game at any time — new islands, new coconuts, new features, or fixes.

🌱 2. In-App Purchases

Stranded: Isle Survival uses Unity In-App Purchasing (IAP) to let you buy virtual items, currency, or content within the Game.

All purchases are processed through the app store you downloaded the Game from (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.), and their payment terms apply.
Virtual goods and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
Purchases are generally final. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the relevant app store, not by us directly.
Make sure to double-check purchases before confirming — a coconut spent is a coconut spent!

💡 Tip: If a purchase didn't go through correctly, contact the app store's support team first — they handle billing and refunds directly.

🌱 3. Advertising

The Game displays ads through Google AdMob / Google Ads to help keep it free to play. By playing the Game, you agree that ads may be shown, including personalized ads based on your device's advertising identifier, where permitted by your settings and region.

🌱 4. Your Island Progress

Your game progress, resources, and purchases are tied to your device and/or account and may be lost if you uninstall the Game or switch devices without a proper backup or sign-in method, if offered.
We're not responsible for lost progress due to device issues, uninstalls, or app store account changes.

🌱 5. Acceptable Behavior

Don't cheat, hack, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
Don't use the Game to harass others or engage in unlawful activity.
We may suspend or terminate access for players who break these rules.

🌱 6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of progress or virtual items.

🌱 7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to play the Game after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

🔒 Your Data 🏝️ Stranded: Isle Survival

We know a privacy policy isn't as fun as building your own tropical hideaway, but it's important! This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play Stranded: Isle Survival (the "Game"), and how it's used.

🐠 1. Information We Collect

We don't ask you to create an account or hand over personal details to play. However, some information is automatically collected by the third-party services built into the Game:

Device identifiers (like your advertising ID) used for showing and measuring ads.
Gameplay and technical data such as device type, operating system, crash reports, and in-game events, used to keep the Game running smoothly.
Purchase information processed when you make an in-app purchase, handled by the app store and our IAP provider.

🐠 2. Google Ads (AdMob)

We use Google Ads / AdMob to show ads in the Game. Google may collect and use data (such as your advertising identifier and general device information) to serve ads, including personalized ads, in line with your device and regional privacy settings.

🐠 3. Unity In-App Purchasing (IAP)

We use Unity IAP to process purchases made inside the Game. When you make a purchase, transaction details are handled by Unity and the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) to complete and verify the purchase. We do not directly store your payment card information.

🐠 4. How We Use Information

To operate, maintain, and improve the Game.
To display ads and measure their performance.
To process and verify in-app purchases.
To fix bugs and understand crash reports.

🐠 5. Children's Privacy

Stranded: Isle Survival is intended for a general audience. If the Game is directed at children, or if we become aware a child under the applicable age of consent has provided personal information without appropriate consent, we will take steps to comply with applicable laws such as COPPA, including limiting ads shown to child-directed traffic through Google's certified tools.

🐠 6. Data Sharing

We share limited data only with the third-party services that make the Game work — Google (for ads) and Unity (for in-app purchases) — as described above. We do not sell your personal information.

🐠 7. Your Choices

You can reset or limit your device's advertising identifier in your device settings at any time.
You can opt out of personalized ads through your device's privacy settings or Google's ad settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
